Yes, free in-store pickup is available at our Manchester, CT location.

Are salon and head spa services refundable?

Salon and head spa services are non-refundable, but we are always happy to address concerns and make things right.

We gladly accept EXCHANGES within 14 days of purchase. Original tags and receipts are necessary. Exchanges are NOT valid for the following items:

-Essential oils
